Service Description
What is WalkingFit? Walking fitness; walk n fitness; stressed or compressed? Throw a healthy, heart pumping, arm swinging WalkingFit! đWe incorporate calisthenics, rhythmic routines, as well as offer resistance for our intermediate walkers (dumbbells provided onsite, feel free to bring our own, i.e., weighted vest, rucksack, or medicine ball, etc.). WalkingFit: In person group (and scheduled pop-up) sessions. For Beginners: 10 min warm up, 20 min walks, 10 min cool down. For Intermediate: 5 min warm up, 25 minute walk (with resistance, i.e., dumbbells, rucksacks, medicine balls, or weighted vest). Intentional walking. Part power walking, Park resistance, training, part low impact to medium impact cardio, performed with body weight exercises, as well as added resistance in the form of light dumbbells, Rusack or weighted vest. We will be performing different drills and exercise exercises to adequately and effectively out the entire body during this period of time.
