Service Description

Various fitness drills, including, but not limited to primarily bodyweight calisthenics done anywhere. I.e., jumping jacks knee lifts leg raises, mountain climbers, Burpee’s back, twists, etc. This is a wake up routine. Wake N Shake your body up; Wake N shake your mind up; Wake N Shake your laughter up; Wake N Shake your productivity, your gratitude, your positivity; you know what this is, Let’s Get To It! Interesting tidbit: In Los Angeles, the average number of calories consumed and median morning spending (think, Starbuck’s or McDonald’s) habits currently lie around: 400-750 calories, and $8-$14 respectively. In contrast, 20 minutes of moderate to high intensity activity burns upwards of 3-500 calories, AND, often the body continues to burn calories even after the actual workout is complete. Bottom line? You will feel better and breathe better and have an overall optimally performing day following your daily dose of Wake N Shake.
